The Divine Experiment:

Why is there evil? Why do humans hurt themselves, destroy things, live selfishly?

The evolution of Homo sapiens must finally involve an understanding and accomplishment of the eternal. This life is a time of testing to bring humanity to that end. It may not have been the original plan but accepting that evil is part of the present existence and moving above its influence is the only beneficial response.

Humanity is being nurtured for a role and position in a greater world. It is almost an experiment. Choices made that end up defining what you become in that new world or age.
